Personal training and customized exercise coupled with the proper nutritional and lifestyle approach is the only way to make a positive impact on body composition. You simple cannot exercise off the weight. We will give you the right type of programming to attain your weight loss goals, but you will have to do your part to ensure that you help in the process. You cannot out train or out condition a poor diet. Yes, you may be able to work off a few pounds, but that is it. And it won’t last. It is not sustainable. We will show you the way, but you will need to walk the walk.
